CONSTITUTION REVISION WHICH WAS VOTED AND AGREED AT THE 2017 AGM (November 15th)
The Constitution below was supplied for discussion at the AGM in November 2017 and shows the proposed revisions from the 2014 version. These were agreed with four additional changes (also agreed) :
- Paragraph 2 (c): Changed from “and other nonhorticultural items made by the exhibitor.” to “and other items made by the exhibitor from materials or plants which are not own produce if permitted in the Show Schedule”

Paragraph 5 Changed to “normally held”
- Paragraph 9 (h): New paragraph added and existing (h) & (i) moved to (i) & (j): "Member Remuneration: It is permissible for members to claim out-of-pocket expenses in furtherance of the aims of the Society. No member shall receive or claim a salary or borrow funds against the Society's assets.”
- Paragraph
10(ii): New paragraph 9 (h) added to the protected list
