Directions for our Evening Visit on Wednesday, 15 May 2024 to:

 

Holly House

289 Moor Road

Croston, Leyland

PR26 9HP         (the home of Mrs Elaine Raper)

 

Leave the M61 at Junction 8 (for Southport, Leyland and Chorley)

Turn left on slip road and take the middle lane - then move into the right-hand lane at the traffic lights and turn right, passing the main Chorley hospital.  Straight on at the traffic lights.

 

Take 2nd exit at first roundabout for Southport

Take 2nd exit at next roundabout to Euxton and Southport (A581)

Straight on at very small roundabout over the railway bridge

Turn left at next large roundabout at junction, then right at Euxton Mills pub into Dawbers Lane.

Go over motorway bridge

Past the Traveller’s Rest pub on right

Past the Elephant Indian restaurant on right

Straight on at next roundabout (garage on right)

Past  bigTEXACO garage on left

Past Leyland Garden Centre on right

 

Then – just past the HIGHFIELD Restaurant on left (now Moor Road)

HOLLY HOUSE is the only white detached house on the right amongst a row of red brick detached houses.

 

Park on Moor Road on the left plus some parking in Holly House drive
